Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,
We thank You for the reminder that You will meet all our needs. As we face the challenges of leadership, we trust in Your provision and know that You will supply everything we need to fulfill our calling. Help us to lean on You fully, trusting that Your timing and your ways are perfect. When we feel uncertain or overwhelmed, remind us that You are our provider and that You will give us the strength and resources we need. We thank You for Your faithfulness and provision in our ministry.

Lord, we pray that You continue to meet our needs according to Your riches in glory. When we feel inadequate or unsure, remind us that we are not alone. Help us to rest in the peace that comes from trusting in Your provision, and give us the faith to step out and serve with confidence. Thank You for the many ways You have provided for us, and help us to always give You the glory.

Closing Thoughts

Church staff meetings are an opportunity to refocus on God’s mission and to encourage one another in our calling. By placing God’s will above our own, we cultivate unity and strengthen the bonds within the team. The challenges of ministry will come, but when we stay focused on God’s provision, trust in His timing, and bear one another’s burdens, we can serve faithfully with joy and purpose.
